Each month, we’ll gather around a shared theme that’s relevant to everyone in the circle. From there, we’ll follow the energy, allowing what’s ready to soften, release, complete, or re-organize to do so with support and intention.
I will be holding the container: tracking the field, watching the pacing, and supporting the group’s nervous system and energetic flow.
You will be doing your own work, guided, supported, and resourced from within, in a space that can hold you.
This is subtle work. Deep work. And it meets you exactly where you are.
What This Circle Is
- A guided energetic experience rooted in safety, sovereignty, and self-trust
- A space to release what your system is ready to let go of, without force
- A monthly rhythm to support ongoing recalibration, not one-time catharsis
