When I first trained in Usui Reiki, I heard about the idea of a “reiki box” which is a physical container to anchor energetic support.
I loved that concept.
Not long after, I stumbled across a little wooden box at the dollar store, etched with a butterfly. Something in me lit up. I brought it home, primed it with care… and then it sat on my shelf. For over four years.
I didn’t know why or how, but the vision wasn’t ready yet.
Then, after the conversation with my friend (the one who sparked this whole idea of energetic hygiene support), I suddenly knew:
